Akash Banad is Of Counsel to the firm. He has been working with Banad Law in various capacities for the past 8 years and is admitted to the California Bar. A diligent attorney with articulate and persuasive writing skills, Akash handles much of the legal writing that is produced at Banad Law.
Skilled in both employment based petitions and I-601 Inadmissibility Waivers, he also has a strong understanding of how criminal matters intersect and overlap with immigration matters. Akash is a graduate of St. John’s University Law School. And he is married with one child.
